Subin is a puppeteer, sculptor and painter. He has been conducting workshops on puppetry for the last 15years. He tries to popularize puppetry as tool in education. He owns a collection of puppets, both modern and traditional.

He has been trained under the renowned Australian puppeteer Andrew Hansen. He has imbibed the nuances of the art from this maestro. He has been tremendously in uenced by the works of Massimo Schuster, the exponent of cubic style puppets. He gives training to primary and pre-primary teachers, teacher trainees and students. He has conducted puppetry camps
